Inspired by protest signage against the dehumanization of immigrants, this handmade ceramic dish features a resonant message through stenciled typography and hand-painted border details. The decorative strokes are inspired by traditional Mexican pottery motifs, especially floreado which is made up of radiating teardrop brushstrokes. The cut out scalloped edges on the dish create a unique shape that provides eye-catching shadows.
