Return & Refund Policy
As an independent artist, unfortunately at this time returns cannot be accepted! However, if there is something wrong with your order, we would be more than happy to help!

All Sales Are Final
Due to the small-batch nature of the work, all sales are final. Casa Caneluna does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.

Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been submitted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at knock@casacaneluna.com with your order number and photo proof of the issue so we can make it right.
